November 14, 1977 RE: Building Permit (AP 35-213.18) With reference to the above subject, on June 15, 1977, this office received a complaint that you were building a garage on your property''on Lincoln Blvd. without obtaining the required permits and inspections from this office. ` The building inspector notified you that permits were required and it was his understanding that you were going to remove the garage. As of this date, the building is still existing without the required permits and_ inspections from this office.
