On September 7th, 1988, I visited the property and observed a converted, disabled bus 'on the street right-of-way connected to electric service, and a 'travel trailer at the rear of the house driveway, also connected to electricity and water with waste water draining on the ground. The occupancy of the bus and trailer is a violation of the Butte County Code, Chapter 22, Section 22-6; and Chapter 19 - Section 19-4 Unlawful Sewage Disposal Methods. To comply, remove the illegal trailer and bus to a licensed mobile home park within SEVEN (7) DAYS from receipt of this notice. Limit occupancy of the property to the existing dwelling. - Failure to comply will result in this matter being referred legal department for further action to resolve this matter.
