The following is a list of items which must be done to make the building safe and livable: 1. Remove and replace any dry -rotted and/or deteriorated material'throughout'the building. 2. On south side of,building, provide adequate foundation plate, provide continu- ous studs, and jack up building as necessary. 4. Provide proper headers over door and window openings. 5.
