This is a courtesy notice to notify you that you are in violation
of California Health and Safety Code Section 17920.3 and Butte
County code, as follows, at the above -referenced location.
Unsanitary premises, in which an accumulation of garbage, r.ubbish
and debris has been allowed to.accumulate. Butte County ordinance
Chapter 31 states in part the owner of any premises shall be
responsible for the satisfactory removal of solid waste on his
property.
Garbage shall not be allowed to remain on the premises for more.
than seven (7) days, to prevent propagation or attraction of flies,.
rodent or other vectors, and he creation of nuisances.
In addition to the garbage and rubbish, various auto and cycle
parts were noted on the premises, along with 5-6 tires and two (2)
inoperable vehicles.
It is the County's goal to obtain voluntary compliance with the
Butte County Code. However, you should be advised that Butte
County has an active Code Enforcement Program which provides an
effective means of enforcement when voluntary compliance is not
obtained. Enforcement may be pursued through the issuance of
citations, fines and the recording of a Notice of Violation.
