There are people in the Oroville area who professionally draw plans and can provide the Title 25 Certificate of Compliance (Energy Calculations). You have indicated that you already constructed this room, regarding construction methods used, field inspection of these items are dependent on the nature of the construction. If the submitted plans are not very clear, then some areas may be required to be exposed. If structural items need to be verified and inspected such as beams and headers, then they may need to be exposed.
