The Commissioned waived the reading of the staff -Findings.
The hearing was opened to the public.
Eugene Christopher stated that the duplex on the Property was being
used as a tingle family dwelling and has been for some time.
George Robison stated that there would be no adverse impacts if
approved.
The hearing was closed.
Chairman Schrader agreed with the application.
It Was moved by Commissioner Vercruse, seconded by Commissioner
Lambert -for approval and unanimously carried as foll,ows:
A. No -he that this project is Categorically Exempt +rOm environmental
review; and
B. Find that the proposed use of the property will not impair the
integrity and character of the zone in which the land lies and
that the use would not be unreasonably incompatibire with, or
injurious to surrounding properties or detrimental to the health
and general welfare Of the persons residing or working in the
neighborhood or to the general health, welfare and safety Of the

C. Approve the use permit to allowa' second dwelling as per -the site
