3. Explain briefly yet completely the nature of the proposed use -variance. This
Is very important and a requisite.
4. Ten copies of a detal led plot plan folded 8'/2" x 11" ` shal I accompany and be
made a part of the "Application for Use Permit /Variance", b
The plat pian shall include the following;
a. A scaled drawing of the parcel(s) boundaries.
b. Location of all existing and proposed buildings and improvements.
c, Location and size of existing and proposed access to the subject parcel(s).
d. Identify streets bordering property and nearby crossroads. Provide a loca-
tion map If necessary. Show North Arrow.
5. Applicant shall further understand that the "Application for Use Permit -
Variance" shall be subject to the approval of the Planning Comr,tission, or,
upon appeal, of the Board of Supervisors, Any subsequent speclM conditions
ordered by the Planning Commission shall be made a part of the approved'
"Use Permit/Variance"and shall be binding on the applicant.
6. Unless conditions of approval have been complied with, In a one-year period,
the "Use Permit" will be deemed expired.
