M-2 (Heavy Industrial) zone, located on the north side of Oph r Road, approximately 1,500
feet west of Lincoln Blvd. and immediately west of the Southern Pacific Railroad right -d-
way, identified as AP 036-270053, Oroville. (VIDEO TAKEN)
A video tape was shown of the project site. Tile Commission waived the reading of the. Staff
Findings. -
Commissionot Lambert was concerned that the 5th wheel trailer on the property 'was being
occupied. She questioned if the 5th wheeltrailer was legal,
Staff said it is not legal to live in a 5th wheel tva les•,
Commissioner Ostrowski said the house Was adjacent to the clubhouse.
The hearing was opened to the public
Oliver Rose said the 5th wheel trailer will be removed when the mobile is installed: 'Ie said it
was very important to the club operation to have a caretaker on the prefrises due to vandalism.

Commissioner Ostrowski
Mr. Rose said there is a clubhouse anti restaurant on the property.

Commissioner Lynch suggelted a condition that the 5th Wheel trailer, be removed.
Staff agreed that the 5th wheel should not be used as living quarters,
