Findings:
The hearing was opened to the public.
Callan Callahan said his parents will be hooking up to city water. He said the property around'
his parents is residential. He asked that the Commission approve this permit. a
Commissioner Ostrowski said this parcel is in an area where there is an abundance of noise 1
pollution, as welt as air ,and ground pollution.

SteveStevenson said she has no problems with this project, She said she is a neighbor and
the property develop and the lot cleaned up., She asked. the Commission to
approve this permit.
The hearing was closed,
Commissioner Lynch asked if the County has an industrial waiver, such as the agricultural waiver
for people who live neat to orchards.
Staff said no; this is a discretionary act and the people are on notice that they are the intruder into
the industrial area.
It was moved by Commissioner Osh uwski; seconded by Chairman Forbes, and unanimously carried
for approval as followsc'
