The temporary unit is proposed to be occupied by the parents of Vickie Miller. The proposal is for a 14 ft. x 66 ft. mobile home and is to be located at the southeast corner of the property. Butte County Code Section 24-303 recognizes the need for temporary second units for the care of persons who by old agej disease) infirmity, or other causes that require additional assistant from family members, Section 24-303 further states 'The ability to care for onels close relatives will not only result in better care for citizensi but will also negate in many situations the necessity for public assistance which many citizens find degrading and damaging to the pride of the persons concerned and their immediate relatives. The proposal has been identified as a Class 3(a) Categorical Exemption from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). RECOMMENDATIO�[&- A.
