The attached initial study was prepared fear the'Use permit to allow this
segregation, and is sufficient for consideration of this current project
which is a Tentative Parcel Map to allow the division of q0 acres into
two parcels, one a+ 2 acres and one of 18 acres. The present zoning is
A-20 (Agricultural, 20 acre parcels). The Land Use Plan Map a+ the
Butte County General Plan designates this area as Orchard and Field
Crops. There are no specific or community plans far the area.
The proposal does not conflict with County Zoning nor any adopted at,

currently mostly overcovr-ed and potentially could boCamw totally
oyercovered resulting in Rome increase in runoff into the roadside
drainage ditch. Because of the proximity Of the ditch and the
existing degree of overcovering any increase would not be considered
to be significant.

dryer are already can -site,
lh: All at sutte County is within a moderate earthquake intensity
zone VIII. The subject property is located in the general vicinity of
a possible lineation. No historic faults have been recorded along
this lineation and it is not considered significant, The property is
located approximately 10 miles northwest cat the Foothill Shear Zone
which supported the 1975 Oravillo oarthquakei Construction at any new
buildings to Uniform Building Cadiz for seismically active areas
should provide adequate protection to residences on people working in
the area in case of seismic activity,
