Office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California,
on February 7, 1.910, in Map Book 6, at Page 16, more particularly
described as'follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 21, said corner
being the centerline intersection of Taylor Avenue and White Drive;
thence West along the centerline of White Drive and the South line
of said Lot 21, 300.00 feet to the true point of beginning for the
Parcel herein described; thence from said point of beginning and
continuing along said centerline West 177.46 feet; thence North
