Job No. 96-009 ATTN: Mike Vierra Dear Mike: At the request of Steve Deadmond, this office performed a topographical survey of the subject property located on Etta Lane in Durham, California. The survey is based upon Benchmark #1183 of USGS datum, which is located at the bridge on Durham-Oroville Highway. The benchmark has an elevation of 159.31. Based upon the survey and the review of ' the current FEMA maps for the subject area, it is my opinion that the finish floor of the home should be constructed to have an elevation of 142.0. In my opinion, the flood elevation in this area is 141.20. A railroad spike in the power pole on the east side of Stanford Lane at the intersection of Etta Lane has an elevation of 142.30.
