This is a proposal to make three parcels: 1 at 61-2 acres, 1 at 40;4 acres and 1 at 41.8
acnes from two existing parcels which equal 143.4 acres with a 'tentative, parcel map
waiver. The present zoning is A-40. Tlie: A-40 zoning classifications requires each lot
to have a minimum of 40 acres. The proposed parcel created by the reversion. to
a,^reage will meet the minimum requirements of the zones.The

Purposes. The proposed lot lines will separate existing orchard use,
Pistachios, see attached. There will b be almonds, and Parcel 3 all
Parcel 1 will be walnut, Parcel 2 will

Proposed lot lines will be more sn conformance with the tax area code,
Taxation will be on entire individual parcels/crops instead of on a
portion of one crop.
