DATE: November 14, 1990 This is a proposal to suadivide 160 +/- acres to create eight parcels at twenty acres each. The present zoning is A 20. elle Land Use Plan Map of the Butte County General Ilan designates this area as Orchard and Field Crops. The Tentative Parcel Map is not located within a County Area Land Use Plan. ` The proposal does not conflict with County zoningnor„any adopted or proposed element of the Butte County General Plan not any County, Specific or community plan. An Initial Study was conducted in accordance to the California Environmental Quality Act and a Mitigated Negative 'Declaration is recommended_ for the project: A11 environmental documentation has been forwarded to the Butte County Advisory Agency within the required 105 days as mandated by the California. Public Resources Code Section 21151.5. Recommend approval of the Tentative Parcel Map for William Ifengst AP# 039-080-052 subject to the fol lowl ng-miligat m -m 11 Place a note on the alternate or additional reap sheet of the final map stating; automatic fire suppression sprinkler systetris shall be installed in all new t residential structures in accordance with the National Fire Protection Associations Standard for the installation of sprinkler systems in, one and two iam.ily dwellings and mobile homes, NFPA Standard 13D. The purpose of the installation of sprinkler systems is f'or additional safety and propertyprotection: in the event of residential fres. This installation will reduce the demand for protection sere structural fire p ices in those instances where they are installed.” <2.
