At the regular meeting of the Butte County Advisory Agency held on
December 17, 1990, the agency approved the boundary line modification
on the above -referenced property, noting that the project is
categorically exempt from environmental review and subject to the
col^ditions of approval listed on the attached sheet.
If no appeals are timely filed ---within ton (1.0) days of the date of
the Advisory Agencyis approval ---with the Clerk of. the Board of
Supervisors, this action will be final:
The conditions of approval must be complied with within twenty-four
months from the date of approval by the Advisory Agency,

Public Works conditions:
1 Prepare necessary deads for recordation. Submit to Do-partment
of Public Works for checking.
2 Verify that partial reconveyance and/or modification of trust
deeds has been accomp].iOed, if necessary.
3 Verify that there are no delinquent taxes due prior 't -o
recording deeds or map.
4 Prepare a map showing approved boundary line modification
and submit to Department of Public Works for checking,
approval and recording.
5 After recordation of deeds, contact the Assessor's Otfice
and request that the necessary parcels be combined so that
no new parcels are created:
6 File a Record of Survey map or approved alternate.
7 Show all easements of record on the map.
Health Dept. condition:
g Locate and if necessary relocate the sewage disposal system
serving the existing building onto its respective parcel,

This is a proposal to modify the boundary line between two parcels located in the Chico
area. The present zoning is M-1 (Light Industrial). The Land Use flan Map of the Butte
County General Plan designates this area as Industrial, There are no specific or community
plans for the area:.
The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any adopted or proposed eleme
of the Butte County General Plan nor any County, specific or community plan, nt
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California
Environmental Quality Act in accordance with .'ection 15305 of the Public Resources Code
which states;
"Class 5 consists of minor alterattions Which does not result in any changes in land
use or density,:,"
Recommend approval of the proposed Boundary Line Modification,
