PERMIT REQUIREMENTS: Approval for a temporary second dwelling is subject to the following requirements, 1. Occupancy of the mobile home shall be limited to Marianne Nevins, An affidavit attesting to the relationship of the involved parties was submitted with the pernuit application. 24 No rent is to be charged to the occupant of the mobile home. 3, The temporary mobile must meet the requirements of the Butte County Environmental Health Department for domestic water supply and sewage disposal. The granting of this permit does not remove the requirement of obtaining the appropriate permits from other Divisions, Departments or Districts, 4. The siting of the mobile home shall be exempt from the site requirements of the residential zoning district, except as required by this Section, and the Butte County Code Chapter 28-A. 5� The mobile home is declared to be a temporary use on the property, accessory to the pnimary unit, and shall not be placed on a permanent foundation, Additionally, a temporary mobile home shall not be permitted on a lot or parcel where there is an approved Second Unit. 6.
