ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the County of
Butte and the special conditions set forth below: Nina Lambert is
hereby granted a Use Permit in accordance with application filed:
7/1/87 to allow the segregation of a homesite in an agricultural zone
located on the east side of Liberty .Lane, 1,100 feet south of Chico
River Road, Chico.
1. Failure to comply with the conditions specified herein as the
basis for approval of application and issuance of Permit,
constitutes cause for the revocation of said permit in
accordance with the procedures set forth in the Butte County
Zoning Enabling Ordinance.
2. Unless otherwise provided for in a condition to a use permit,
all conditions must be completed by the permittee within 12
months of the delivery of the countersigned permit to the
permittee.
3. If any use for which a use permit has been granted is not
established within one year of the date of receipt of"the
countersigned permit by the permittee, the permit shall be
come null and void -.and reapplication shall be required to
establish the use.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1. All parcels to be created pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Butte
County Code.
2. The owner or owners of the property shall execute and cause to be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Butte County a
restriction binding upon -the original owners and their heirs,
successors, and assigns, which disallows additional dwellings from
being located on the property until either of the following occur:
a. The property is zoned to any other zone, or
b. At least 10 years have elapsed from the date of recordation
and the Commission finds circumstances regarding said
property and other properties in the area have changed
sufficiently to reconsider the restriction.

3. A $75.00 per lot fee will be assessed at the time of Map
recordation creating the homesite and agricultural parcels for the
west side fire station fund.
4. Applicant must also comply with all other applicable State and
local statutes, o,:-dinances, and regulations.
I hereby declare cinder penalty of perjury that I have read the
foregoing conditions, that they are in fact the conditions which were
imposed upon the grant'ng of this use permit, and that I agree to abide
fully by said conditions.

NOTE: Issuance of this Use Permit does not waive requirement of
obtaining Building and Health Department permits before starting
construction, nor does it waive any other requirements.

1. Comply with Conditions 1 thrcugh 4 of Use Permit #87-71.

foregoing conditions, that they are in fact the conditions which
were imposed upon the granting of this variance, and that I agree
