buildings and improvements shall accompany and be made part of the "Application

folded to 81/2" x 11", and shall include the following informatl6n.
a. A scaled drawing of the parcel(s) boundaries,

5 The "Application for Administrative Permit" is subject to review by County Staff
and approval by the Planning Director. Any special conditions of approval shall
be made a part of the approved `'Administrative Permit' and shall be binning on
the applicant. The procedures for County action on Administrative permit
applications are stated in Chapter 24 of the Butte County Code,

approve the Administrative Permit for Mike August on AP 39--15--231,
to allow a detached senior Citizen dwelling unit subject to the 11
conditions contained in the memo to the Do;:velopment Revieta
Committee.
(1) The "living area",Meaning the interior habitable floor space
area of a dwelling unit including basements and attics, but
not includonsgagalage or any accessory structure, shall not
excdsquare feet.
(2) The senior c�'Lt zen dwelling unit is intended for the sole
occupancy of one (1) adult 62 years of age or over or two (2.)
adult persons, one of whom is 62 years of age or over. An
affidavit of compl7,ance with the age requirements of this
section shall be recorded in the osfice of the Recorder prior
to issuance of building permits. Said affidavit shall include
the legal description of the lot or parcel and shall
constitute a covenant running with the land, binding upon the
orifi-Inal owners and their reirs, successors and assigns,
Limiting the occupancy of the senior citizen dwelling unit to
the conditions described in this section.
(3) The senior citizen dour°11ing unit shall not be sold as a

The site meets all setback requirements for the zone. The project appears to meet all
