'Dear Sir. -
Re: Request of Steven C. Curry for use permit
to allow a mobile home on property on the
east side of Crotch Avenue, 500 ft. south
of Edgar Avenue.
We strl-)figly object to the granting of this permit. There are four
mobile homes adjacent to this sight now and they do not look like they
are very temporary io me and that is what will happen if this appli-
cation, is approvecL
This, application, is bound on all four sides by almond and walnut
orchards, It hac. curtailed the use spzays and other cUltU- t prac
tice necessary in maintaining an orchard. There has been an orchard
on our property for the past 70 years,
in addition this is located five miles from Cte city limits. :lt'was
wrong to have pormitted any mobile home units there in the first, Place4
Why cam -pound the situation?
It seems tO me developments such as this would be best located adjacent
to higher density "of population, otherwise, closer to Chico for can-
vehience sake,
sin ore yours)
