The staff recommends denial of the k-3plication, basecl. on the in-
formation and testimony presented at the public hearing- There
were at one time three residences on the propertv. One' residence
burned in 1958 before the precise zoning of the area- The second
residence had been abandoned previous to" the precise zoning of
the area in 1966 and has been used for storage purposes and not
used as a residence for human habitation. The granting of the
application would be a violation of the requirements of Ordinance
N"o. H 3.
