Dear Mr. Nottleman,
A preliminary review of the above mentioned parcel by the Public Works Department, Land Development
Division indicates that the parcel was created by deed, with access, in 1919, and is a legal parcel. My
review indicates that it is zoned A-20, which allows one single family dwelling. It is in F.E.M.A. flood
hazard zone x, which has no mitigation requirements.
