SUBJECT: Boundary Line Modification for Lucile Blasingame and Alma Blasingame
on AP No. 039 230-026 and 127
DATE:; Marche 27, 1992
This is a proposal to modify the W. dart line on the ;ire;>t side of Roble Road, 2,300'
feet north of Durham-Dayton Highway, in the Durham area. The present zoning is A-
20 (Agricultural - 20 acre parcels). The Land Use Plan Map of the; Butte County
General -Plandesignates 'this area as= Orchard and Field Crops..There are no specific
or community plans for the area.
The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any adopted or proposed element
of the Butte County Oeneral Plan nor any, County, specific or community plana
