homesite in an "A-2011 (Agricultural - 20 acre parcels) zone
located on the southeast corner of Pimple and Dayton Durliam
Highivay, identified as AP .19-24-10, Durham.
Ms. Blair read Analysis, Comments and Pecommendations of the Staff- Findings
Proponents: 'Myles Pustejovsky, an engineer with McCain 8, Associates
representing the applicant-,.irt response to a questiol- from Commissioner
Wliecier--said that the owner will rotain the homeslite and sell the balance
of the acreage to an adjacent landowner who also raises nuts.
Opponents: No one.
Commissioner Bennett commented that this appears to be exactly what we
had in, mind when we put this segregation ordinance together.
When the question arose as to whether another homeside could be allowed
on the rer,ining parcel, Ms, Blair said that it would not --reminding the
