The residence has been extensively remodeled without the required permits and inspections from this office and still has some phases of the work not completed. Previous violations of a mobilehome and conversion of an agricultural build- ing to a business have been remo!�ed and discontinued. We therefore made a reasonable visual inspection without going on the roof, under the building, or in the attic, and found the residence appears to conform to the intent of Housing Code requirements, except for the following items which must be done or resolved: (1) Complete stucco work on exterior to make building weatherproof. (2) Complete decks and maintain 6" clearance from ground to wood. r (3) Verify existing electrical ,wiring system is safe and adequate, provide cleanup of exposed wiring, provide switch and receptacle plates, and provide light fixtures. (4) Verify relocated laundry and toilet fixtures off the kitchen are vented. (5) The electric water heater on the north side must be completely enclosed, provide proper wiring methods, and run full sized pipe for temp- erature and pressure relief drain.
