Certificate of Merger on the above referenced property is exempt from environmental
review, and approved the project. I

Butte County Department of Public Works and recorded on December 19, 2003, under
Serial Number 2003-0087823, in the office of the, Butte County Recorder.

EXHIBIT "A"
All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California,
described as follows:
Being a portion of the West half of the Southwest quarter of Section 27, Township
21 North, Range 1 East, Mount Diablo Meridian and more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at a point on. the West line of said Section 27, from which point the
Northwest corner of said Section 27 bears North 000 22' 41" East 4,223.40 feet;
thence North 00° 22' 41" East, along the West line of said Section 27, 65.69 feet;
thence leaving said West line, South 88° 54' 44" East 50.24 feet to the Northwest
corner of that certain parcel described in Book 2048 of Official Records, Page 673,
records of said County of Butte; thence continuing South 88° 54'44" East along the
North line of said Book 2048, Official Records, Page 673, 1273.18 feet, more or less,
to the East line of said West half of the Southwest quarter of said Section 27; thence
leaving said North line, South 000 18' 20" West, 1135.28 feet, more or less, to the
Southeast corner of the West half of the Southwest quarter of said Section 27; thence
North 890 06' 31" West, 1324.80 feet to the Southwest corner of said Section 27;
