such equipment and the grounding conductor.
6. Upon completion of the above procedure, the power supply cord or feeder assembly
conductors shale be connected to the site service equipment. A further continuity
te4;L shall then be made between the grounding electrode and the chassis of the
mobilehome. UDOit satisfactory completion of the electrical tests, the lot or site
service equipment may be approved for energizing.

that as per a ruling from our County Counsel, our office need not enforce the 25 ft.
sideyard on your subdivision lot as required by the A-40 zone, but must enforce a
5 ft. sideyard as predominantly required throughout the county.
Based on this, we have processed the above-mentioned permit and are enclosing same.

SUBJECT: 25 FOOT SET BACK AS IMPOSED BY A-40 ON E.STABLLSHED
SUBDIVISIONS.
DATE: February 11, 1977
A question has .arisen as to the proper set back relative
to a subdivision that is in essence with the minimum size lots.
where an A-40 zoning has been imposed under i.t. If the set back
requirement is enforced, it would, for all pra'cti.cle.purposes,
render the previously approved subdivisions, and incidentally,
we are talking of a subdivision that is not a paper subdivision but
ratherio'n"e that improvements have been built., including roads.
It is our opinion that the special 25 foot set back. could not be
enforced under such circumstances in that to do so would render.
the�-broperty- useless-... -.To do otherwise would simply eliminate
the force and effect.of a prior subdivision that we had approved.
and based on our approval, a developer had espended funds.for
roads, drainage,. and other improvements, etc..
