Following is a list of the problems and the repairs and/or recommendations. 8/29/94 1) Dryer circuit breaker tripping. No problems were found with the dryer circuitry. The.circuit breaker did not trip in my presence. The dryer was drawing the proper current as measured by an ammeter. I asked the tenant to call me if the breaker tripped again and I would replace it. 2) AC not functioning properly. No problems were found with the heat pump circuitry. The breaker and fuses were sized properly and the unit was drawing current with the nameplate specifications. Consult AC contractor. e ^• 10/20/94 1) On report of'continued problems with the dryer, we replaced the circuit breaker. 2) Wrong voltage at rear exterior outlet. A 120 volt receptacle had been installed improperly on the water well circuit. 'We removed the receptacle and blanked off the junction box. 3) Living room ceiling fan. The fan does not work and cannot be repaired in a cost effective manner. Also the fan is not installed in an code approved manner. We recommend either removing or replacing the fan after rewiring the outlet. 11/30/94 1) Water heater connection. Installed flex conduit protection for water heater circuitry. 2) Circuit breakers not identified. We remarked the circuit breakers in the main electrical panel.
