All of parcel 3and Approxiijately 415 acres of Parcel 2 overlie the gas field. One well has been mapped at; the east propetby line. The presenco of this field represents A moderate hazard to Persons and property. Drilling or pumping of wells could lead to differential settling of the boil surface, damaging buildings and foundations. 1+,' is retorrimended that the gas field be mapped as a no-dovelopment area on the map. Existing gas lines crossing Parcel 2 should similarly be mapped as a no -development area and appropriate easements provided to holder of the miriepol rights. 4aod: The property Is currently planted in an orchard. 06voloPm6ht Of two hdmesit6s and construction of access toads may removos trees.
