or activity which is not authorized by the zoning regulations.
Code Section 24-96 - AR -MI -5 Zone statest
"(A) Uses Permitted: (1) One single-family dwelling per parcel,,
(2) Mobile homes to house one fami ly, when such mobile home is
the only hQusi-,ng_facility located on the premises, provided the
following condition is conformed to: (a) The gross area of the
mobile home shall not be less than five hundred (SOO) square feet,
(3),Accessory buildings pertinent to the permitted uses; (4)
Agricultural uses; (5) Livestocko su`bject to requirements as
follows: In addition to the minimum square footage required to
be devoted to residential use the following minimum lot or

dated September 23. There was no correspondence.
The hearing was opened to the public.
Proponents: Ms. William Starr, 1770 Serenity Way, Chico, said that
the easement across the property was established prior to their
purchase about two years ago; -that the portionof the property isolated
by the easement has natural gas, ;cable TV and other utilities and
that they desire to be able to fully use the property,

the 21 acre parcel which existed prior to their purchase. There will be
