Mrs. Kircher read the analysis and recommendations from the staff
findings. There was no additional correspondence.
The hearing was opened to the public.
Mark Risso, McCain Assoc, representing the applicantj explained
that Estes Road is a 601 right-of-way, there are no plans to
iaen this road. There are 4 homes in the vicinity of Superior
wi
Dryers and no antic'
ipation of future development. He submitted
two pictures for the record showing Estes Road and the building
as being screened fromthe road. Nit. Risso stated that there
were other properties in the area that have the advantage Super-
ior Dryer 1 18 main storage -warehouse is 2 feet from the rig�t-of_
way 114ne on the future Ivy Street, Mr. Risso A186 explained that
a S foot reduction in the size of the building Would seriously
. impact the machines in the building. He stated that there was a

and also that there it encroachment of the setbacks in the area
