office, of the Recorder prior to Issuance of building permits. Said affidavit shall include the
jegal de8criptio h of the lot, or parcel and shall constitute a covenant running with the land,
binding upon the original owners and their heirs, successors and assigns, limiting the
occupancy of the senior citizen dwelling unit to the conditions described In this section.
