A. Find that there are special circumistances applicable to the property, including size,
shape, topography, location, or surroundingsthat the strict application of this
chapter deprives the property of privileges enjoyed by other property in the vicinity
and under identical. zoning classification, because of the unusual configuration of
-the lot. Because of the landscaping and fence there should be no problem
