Grantor also grants to Grantee a temporary right, during construction, to stockpile materials and supplies necessary for the construction of a canal intake, fish screen, return line and associated facilities as required by Durham Mutual Water Company for the installation of fish screen and fish ladder at the diversion dam of Grantee. Grantee shall return the area used for such temporary area of use to its pre -project condition upon completion of construction. Included within the rights granted herewith is the right to enter upon said premises, at all times, in order to repair, replace, maintain, construct and reconstruct as required, facilities located upon the demised premises.
