s This is a proposal to modify the Bou»uary Line between two parcels in the Durham area
(AP No. 040-1.10-051 currently 5 acres and 040-110-072 currently 2.33 acres). The proposed
Boundary Line Modification will result in the creation of a 5.53 and 1.37 acre parcel. The
present zoning is SR -1. The Land Use Plan Map of the 5-1',,, County General Plan

Sections 65950 and 65952:1 requires the Butte County Advisory Agency set hearings and
