Re: Tentative Parcel Map, TPM 03-05, APN O-40-110-068
Dear Mr. Berger:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Board of Supervisors held September 10, 2003, your
appeal of a denied Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 26+- acre parcel into one parcel of 10+- acres
and one parcel of 16.248+- acres. on property zoned A- 10(Agricultural, l0 -acre parcels) and located
on the east side of Esquon Road, approximately 1,500 feet south of Mesa Road, northeast of
Durham, was denied.
The time within which judicial review of this decision must be sought is governed by California
Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6. Judicial review must be sought not later than the 90th day
following the date on which this decision becomes final, except that where a shorter time limit is
provided by State or Federal law, such shorter time limit shall apply.
