Box 3473 Chico, California 95926 Dear Mr. Compton: May 34, 1975 RB: Permit #2309-75 (Gas Piping Permit to Mobilehome Site) (A.P. 40-14-20) With reference to the above subject, on May 22, 1975, this office issued you a plumbing permit to install a gas piping system to an existing mobilehome site located on the east aide of Rsquou Road approximately 1/4 mile south of Durham- Oroville Highway in Durham. When making the requested inspection on May 27, 1975, our inspector found that the gas piping and pressure test were okay, but that a new 100 amp subpanel had been installed without permit, the surer installation was not proper, and that the mobilehome had been recently installed without a mobilehome installation permit. A check of our records indicates that in 1974,permits were applied for on this property but were switched to an adjacent parcel because the Health Department did not clear the sewerage disposal for the property. It is, therefore, obvious that all of the facilities on this property, other than the gas piping, have been installed without permits and approvals of this office and the Health Department.
