Being a portion of Farm Allotment 84 as said Allotment is shown on that certain map filed
for record in Map Book 8 at Page 24 in the records of the Butte County Recorder and
being more particularly described as follows:.
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Allotment 84 as said corner is shown on
that certain map filed for record in Map Book 53 at Page 46 in the records of the Butte
County Recorder;
THENCE North 00108'14" West, 30.01 feet along the Westerly line of said Allotment 84
to the Northerly Right -of -Way line of the Durham Dayton Highway and the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING of the herein described property;
THENCE, continuing along said line, North 00008'14" West, 884.01 feet;
THENCE leaving said line North 88140'02 East, 493.58 feet to the centerline of an
existing irrigation ditch;
