The property is level pasture and occasional row crop farmland
that has an existing home, barn and 'farm 'Fuildinge. An overgrown

search for the above cited project was conducted by e--mining the
official maps and records for archaeological sites ;,n Butte County.
RESULTS
PREHISTORIC RESOURCES Our records indicate that there are no
recorded sites of this type known to be located within project
boundaries. Howeve,-, one site of this type hta. been recorded
within a one 'mile radius of the project aro CA--BUT-ii is
-recorded as an occupation site with possible; burials.
HISTORIC RESOURCES: There are no previously recorded sites of
this type known to be located within project boundaries or within

considered to be highly sensitivtie. far both Iprehistoric: and historic
cultural resources. As a result of these findings; and the fact
that there tay be unrecorded historic cultural resources within the<
project boundaries, W_e recommend that a professional archaeologist
conduct an archaeological survrsy of the., entire project area prior
to project operation. If any cultural resources are encountered
during the survey, this person will be able to assess site
significance and suggest appropriate Laitigation measures
