The reGvlt may he an increase in storm runoff which may require Of -site warfare drainage improvements in the form of ditch clearing or culvert installations. The Department of Public Works will require a permanent solution to storm drainage, and unless those conditions are imposed, significant impacts t j heilz Goring -properties could occur. 1g: Approximately 4 acres of walnut orchards will be effectively removed from swahomic production due to this project. Considering surrounding development and difficulties involving economical. operation of the existing orchard sizes, this is not expected to be a significant loss.
