This is a proposal to modify the Boundary Lane between two
parcels in the 'Durham area. The 'present zonings SR -1.
The Land Use Plan Map of the Butte County General 'Plan
designates this area as Orchard and Field Crops. There
are no specific or community plans for the area at this
time.
The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any
adopted or proposed element of the Butte County General
Plan nor any county, specific or community plan.
The proposed project is categorically exempt from Lhe
requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act
in accordance to Section 15305 of the Public Resources
Code which states:
11C1ass 5 consists of minor alterations . whish
do not result in any changes in Land use or density . . ."
recommend approval of the Froposed Boundary kine Modification.
