A map creating 3 parcels of lk to 3 acres each was approvoel;
by the Butte County Advisory Agency on July 2, 1984. The
right-of-way alignment, now in question, was shown on the
south side of parcel 1. The amended map is for purpose's
of relocating the right-of-way easement to the north line
of Parcel 1 When the map was recorded, a Botta was placed
there on requiring construction of the int;arior road to
the RS-8-LD"! standard prior to issuance off: any permits.
No transfer of title of permit activity haq ocouted.
According to the original Tentative Parcel Map application
filed on the subject property, a mobilehomo and garaVe are
located on the east side of Parcel 1. Relocation of the
right-of-way easement would place the garage within the
right-of=way, and the mobilehome u ithin the required
setback. The garage is 22 feet from the property line and
the mobilehome is 54 feet. Both structures will have to
be relocated or removed prior to recordation of the
amended map.
An initial study regarding the environmental consequences
of the land division was conducted on the original parcel
map. A mitigated-• negative declaration was adopted. The
document is sufficient for consideration of this map as
well.
