SPECIAL CONDITIONS: 1. Occupancy of the mobile home is limited to Scott and Pam Fales. 2. No rent is to be charged to the occupant of the mobile home. 3. Applicant must meet Health Department water supply and sewage disposal requirements. 4. The mobile home is to be a temporary use on the property pursuant to the requirements of Section 24-304 of the Butte County Code. 5. The Use Permit shall expire two years from the date of issuance of the Use Permit. Upon application, the Planning Commission may grant an extension of the Use Permit not exceeding one year. 6. In the event that the applicant who is residing within the mobile home or the conventional residence, for any reason, moves to another location or is deceased, then in that event, the mobile home shall be removed within one hundred twenty (120) days. In f the event the mobile home is not removed within one hundred twenty (120) days pursuant to the terms of the Use Permit, the County shall remove the mobile home and store it at the owner's expense. 7. The applicant is to pay a deposit or post a bond to cover the cost of removal in the amount of $2,000.00. 8. Meet the requirements of the Building Division of the Butte County Department of Public Works with regards to FEMA standards for new unit. 9. Applicant must also comply with all other applicable State and local statutes, ordinances, and regulations.
