REQUIREMENTS
• These plans and specifications meet the requirements of Title 25 Section 1336.3 Sub Section A
and 97 UBC Seismic Requirements, CBC 2001 addition.
• Maximum vertical projection at sidewall is 9'_ Higher walls may be used when the design loads are
adjusted accordingly and approved by HUD.
• Main rail spacing must be 75.5" - 99.5" * Except single sections 95" minimum
• Additional vertical anchor ties that are unique to a home's design may be required by the home
manufacturer. These locations may include shear walls, marriage line ridge beam support posts, and rim
plates. The longitudinal component of the Xi2 system replaces end frame ties. Check manufacturers
set-up requirements.
• Maximum pier height is 48" pier. *Except for single sections 36".
• Steel piers must be fastened to the I-beam with clamps provided with steel pier.
• Systems must be placed as evenly as possible, no more than 10' from end of home.
• Designed for 7:12 roof slope. *Except single sections, (20° - 4.37 in. 12" pitch).
Additional Requirements for Concrete Systems
• Poured concrete must be 2,500 PSI minimum at 28 days.
• Square concrete pads minimum is 18" wide by 12" deep. Round concrete pads minimum is 18" wide by
14" deep. Strip footings minimum is 18" wide by 14' long by 6" deep.
* Xi2 components exceed HUD code 3280.306g "Anchoring equipment exposed to weathering shall have a
resistance to weather deteriorationat, least equivalent.to:that provided by a coating of zinc on steel of not

Pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the County of
Butte and the.special conditions• set forth below: Scott and Pam
Fales is hereby granted a Use Permit in accordance with application
filed: 4/27/89 to allow a mobile home as a temporary second dwelling
on property zoned A-5 located on the north side of Warnock Way,
approximately 800 feet east of Cummings Road, approximately 1,800 feet
north of -Durham -Dayton Highway, Durham.
1. Failure to comply with the conditions- specified herein as
the basis for approval of application and issuance of
Permit, constitutes cause for the revocation of said permit
in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Butte
County Zoning Enabling Ordinance.
2. Unless otherwise provided for in a condition toa use
permit, all conditions must be completed by the permittee
within 12 months of the delivery of the countersigned permit
to the permittee.
3. If any use for.which a use permit has been granted. is not
established within one year of the date of receipt of the
countersigned permit by the permittee, the permit shall be
come null and void and reapplication shall be required to
establish the use.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

2.
No rent is
to be
charged
to the
occupant
of the -mobile home.
3. Applicant must meet Health Department water supply. and sewage
disposal requirements.
4. The mobile home is to be a temporary use on the property pursuant
to the requirements of Section 24-304. of the Butte County Code.
5. The Use Permit shall expire two years from the date .of issuance
of the Use Permit. Upon application, the Planning Commission may
grant an extension of the Use Permit not exceeding one year.
6. In the....event that the applicant who is residing within the mobile

•� home or the conventional residence, for any reason, moves to
another location or is deceased, then 'in that event, the mobile
home shall be removed within one hundred twenty (120) days. In
the event the mobile home is not removed within one hundred
twenty (120) days pursuant to the terms of the Use Permit, the
County shall remove the mobile home and store it at the owner's
expense.
7. The applicant is to pay a deposit or post a bond to cover the
cost of removal in the amount of $2,000.00.
8. Meet the requirements of the Building Division of the Butte
County Department of Public Works with regards to FEMA standards
for new unit.
9. Applicant must also comply, with all other applicable State and
local statutes ordinances, and regulations.
I hereby declare under penalty of perjury that I have read the
foregoing conditions, that they are in fact the conditions which were
imposed upon the granting of this use permit, and that I agree to.
abide fully by said conditions.

FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Section 26-8.1 of the Butte County Code requires this acknowledgement
be recorded prior to issuance of a building permit.
The property described herein is adjacent to land or included
within an area zoned for agricultural purposes, and residents of this
property may be subject to inconveniences or discomfort arising from
the use of agricultural chemicals, including, but not limited to herbicides, pesticides,

I make the elevation of the100year flood for this property to be
158.5 feet. (U.S.G.S. datum)
This value was obtained from the FEMA maps. I isolated the easterly
boundary of the flood plain and specific contour intersections to establish
flood plain elevations.:. 'I used the intersection of the same contour and
the easterly levee of Butte Creek to represent the westerly boundary of the
flood plain cross-section and calculated proportionate elevation for the
subject property.
There is a U.S.G.S. datum bench mark; a spike at the base of power pole
No. 2 approximately 30 feet East and 24 feet South of the Southeast property
corner. Elevation 159.78.
A finish floor; elevation of 159.5 or greater, should be adequate to
protect life and property.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the County of
Butte and the special conditions set forth below: Scott and Pam
Fales is hereby granted a Use Permit in accordance with application
filed: 4/27/89 to allow a mobile home as a temporary second dwelling
on property zoned A-5 located on the north side of Warnock Way,
approximately 800 feet east of Cummings Road, approximately 1,800 feet
north of Durham -Dayton Highway, Durham.
1. Failure to' comply with the conditions specified herein as
the basis for approval of application and issuance of
Permit, constitutes cause for the revocation"of said permit
in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Butte
County Zoning Enabling Ordinance.
2. Unless otherwise provided for in a condition to a use
permit, all conditions must be'completed by the Permittee
within 12 months of the delivery of the countersigned permit
to the permittee.
3. If any use for which a use permit has been granted is not
established within one year of the date of receipt of the
countersigned permit by the permittee, the permit shall be
come null and void and reapplication shall be required to
establish the use.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1. Occupancy of the mobile home is limited to Scott and Pam Fales.
2. No rent is to be charged to the occupant of the mobile home.
3. Applicant must meet Health Department water supply and sewage
disposal requirements.
4. The mobile home is to be a temporary use on the property pursuant
to the requirements of Section 24-304 of the Butte County Code.
5. The Use Permit shall expire two years from the date of issuance
of the Use Permit. Upon application, the Planning Commission may
grant an extension of the Use Permit not exceeding one year.
6. In the event that the applicant who is residing within the mobile
home or the conventional residence, for any reason, moves to
another location or is deceased, then in that event, the mobile
home shall be removed within one hundred twenty (120) days. In
f the event the mobile home is not removed within one hundred
twenty (120) days pursuant to the terms of the Use Permit, the
County shall remove the mobile home and store it at the owner's
expense.
7. The applicant is to pay a deposit or post a bond to cover the
cost of removal in the amount of $2,000.00.
8. Meet the requirements of the Building Division of the Butte
County Department of Public Works with regards to FEMA standards
for new unit.
9. Applicant must also comply with all other applicable State and
local statutes, ordinances, and regulations.
