Dear Mr. Honeycutt, Your request for a temporary use of a travel trailer during the construction of the dwelling located at the above referenced parcel number on property zoned PUD(Planned Unit Development) has been approved pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-300, subject to the following conditions: That the occupant has secured a building permit for a residence 2. Sewage / waste water from the self-contained travel trailer must be disposed of at an approved dump station. 3. Box 3669 Chico, CA 95927-3669, Dear Mr. Honeycutt With reference to the above subject and your request for inspection of the single family residence on parcel 1 of parcel map 19-90, and your proposal to move building to 9210 Goodspeed Road, in Durham, the inspection was made on.June 19, 1995. A reasonable visual inspection was performed without going on the roof, under the building, or in the attic and the following items were identified, and must be completed or resolved: 1) Provide. Environmental Health Department approval. 2) Provide a new foundation and underfloor support system per 1991 Uniform Building Code requirements. 3) Provide verification that the roof structural system is adequate. 4) Make the building weather tight. 5) Provide smoke detectors throughout per 1991 U.B.C. 6) Remove and replace dry rotted and /or deteriorated materials. 7) Provide light and ventilation, and emergency egress windows per 1991 U.B.C. 8) Provide verification that the entire electrical system is properly installed 1 including bonding and grounding at service and receptacles, bonding of interior metal piping, G.F.C.I. protection in bathroom, kitchen, and at exterior receptacles, spacing of receptacles, two 20 amp circuits in kitchen, and wire and breaker size. 9) Provide energy compliance. 10) Comply with any items identified in plan check.
