Dear Mr. Amator:
This department has received a complaint regarding the house and property at
256 Campbell Street, Durham. (A.P. #40-221-17). The Butte County Assessorls
records indicate you are owner of this property.•
Visits were made to -256 Campbell Street on June 5, 1979 and June 18, 1979 to
investigate complaints of trash, garbage and unsafe conditions within the house.
No one was home during these visits. The following conditions were noted on the
exterior of the house.and in the surrounding yard area.
1. The roof eaves are rotted, and windows were broken. The front
of the house appears to sagging due to deterioration of founda-
tions and. -supports. The roof may leak. (Violations of the
Uniform Housing Code, 1976 Edition).
