Box 271 Durham, California 95938 Sub -Standard House 2S6 Campbell Street Durham, California A.P. #40-221-17 Dear Mr. Amator: This department has received a complaint regarding the house and property at 256 Campbell Street, Durham. (A.P. #40-221-17). The Butte County Assessorls records indicate you are owner of this property.• Visits were made to -256 Campbell Street on June 5, 1979 and June 18, 1979 to investigate complaints of trash, garbage and unsafe conditions within the house. No one was home during these visits. The following conditions were noted on the exterior of the house.and in the surrounding yard area. 1. The roof eaves are rotted, and windows were broken. The front of the house appears to sagging due to deterioration of founda- tions and. -supports. The roof may leak. (Violations of the Uniform Housing Code, 1976 Edition). a, Repair or replace rotted eaves, roof, broken windows, foundation and supports. All work shall be done under permit and inspection of the Butte County Department of Public Works and should be completed within thirty (30) days. 2. There was an accumulation of trash, garbage, and junk including tires, couch, and a washing machine in the front, side and rear yard. Violation of the Butte County Code, Chapter 31; Section 31-8. a.
