addition to an existing house located 40 ft. from
the centerline of Goodspeed Street on property
zoned "R--3" (Multi -Family Residential.) located on
the northwest corner of Goodspeed Street and Serviss
Street, .identified as AP 40-24--55, Durham
Mr. Lawson read staff findings.
Proponents: Thomas A. dill, 204 serviss Street, Durham, said that
his proposed addition woiilcl not extend any further into the setback
area than the present structure, and that he had no knowledge of the
present intrusion until he applied for a building permit recently.
Opponents: No one.
The hearing was closed and motion for approval was made by Commissioner
Han,.ord findingthat because of the location of the present structure
On the parcel the strict application of the ordinance would deprive
this property of privileges enjoyedby other property pyoj,e� 346uld impose
no hardshipfor residents of the area or of Butte CoiSt Her motion
was seconded by Commissioner Camenzind,
