Gentlemen:
We have reviewed your plans for the above referenced pro-..
ject relative to the adequacy of exterior footing capacity for
applied loading and the interior block wall for resisting seis-
mic loading.
We find your exterior footing B/7 adequate to handle applied
loading of 30# per S.F. total roof load plus wall load using a
low soil bearing value of 100010 -per S.F.
We also find your interior block wall adequate to handle a
minimum force of 200# per L.F. of wall (UBC 2310) using #4 bars
@ 4,8" centers vertically. The actual seismic loading is approxi-
mately 80# per L.F. therefore Section 2310 requirements prevail.
