The buyer— selling broker and myself.had checked with the Planning Office andwe were assured a permit could he issued. With this assurance the buyer deposited his money in escrow and we Closed the sale. All funds were disbursed including $1,75a owing on the lot NOW OUR PHOBIMT The buyer has been informed there- was: never a lot sePeration and a permit was denied. Enclosed, are copies i of notes— -gust: deeds and. instructions from time o' purchase in December of 1964 You will notice each trust � deed decribes a different parcel as per enclosed plat. One trust deed describes the north half of a parcel while I the other describes, the south. half. Under these circumstances it never occurred to me that we did: not own two parcels., I of course am shocked to find this, out since close of escrow. It will be of great help and peace of mind if, a permit can be issued to buyer under these circumstances:,..
