This zone allows for a single-family dwelling. This parcel was created before the A-10 zone, and is considered a legal pre-existing non -conforming parcel. Should the dwelling be catastrophically destroyed it may be reconstructed, provided it will not be placed within the required building setback areas and meets sanitation codes in effect at the time of reconstruction.
