The datum used for said survey was the City of Chico Benchmark #37, with a U.S.G.S. elevation of 204.79. A nail has-been placed in a joint pole at elevation 206.21 at the Northeast corner of said property. Based upon review of the FEMA map panel.205, it is our opinion that the finish floor elevation of the proposed building should be at or above elevation 204.60, which will�be above the 100 year flood.plain.in the subject area. Therefore, the finish floor elevation should be 1.6 feet lower than the nail placed.at the Northeast corner of the property.
